So why wear a wetsuit? Feeling nice and cosy in a wetsuit will always make it easier to have fun.  However their wetsuit can also offer valuable protection from the elements and sharp objects, whilst giving them some added floatation.

Children are often in and out of the sea when at the beach, the effects of the cold water and a chilling wind can be enough for hypothermia to set in within as little as three hours if their bodies are not protected! This is where a wetsuit can make a huge difference. It traps a thin layer of water close to the skin which is warmed by their body.
