World of Marine Web Returns Policy

We put a great deal of effort into making sure products you purchase from World of Marine meet your expectations and you receive them in perfect order. Unfortunately there may be times when does not happen and you need to return them.

Unsuitable Goods

If goods are being returned to us as unsuitable for their intended purpose you must return the product within 14 days of delivery. Please note: goods must be UNUSED and the packaging must not be damaged. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. E-mail us for our returns address. We have taken great care to illustrate and describe our products at World Of Marine as clearly as possible. However, due to manufacturer changes to products, pictures shown may vary slightly from the actual product.

Defective Goods

Faulty goods that have been used in accordance with any manufacturers guidelines & within their permitted tolerances for the purpose their use was intended may be replaced or refunded by World of Marine and can be returned to us.

If you require replacements

• You are required to inform us within 7 days of receipt.
• We will arrange collection of the faulty goods from you and dispatch a replacement.

If you require a Refund

• Goods are to be returned to us within 14 days of the date of delivery
• We refund the full amount of the returned items plus postage costs (up to a value of £5.00).
• You must ensure a receipt for the postage is enclosed with the goods.
• If you paid by credit card - Your account will be credited within 10 business days after we receive the returned item.
• if you paid by cheque, postal order or banker's draft - You'll receive a cheque in the mail within 8 business days after we receive the returned item.

Please ensure that any item you return is via a track able method e.g. courier, Royal Mail recorded delivery etc.

Returns Form

For items to be returned please complete the World of Marine returns form. Follow all the instructions on the form and ensure it is included with the package.
